We welcome short stays of approximately four days, where the educational agents have independently arranged all transport and excursions, leaving us to arrange the host family accommodation and additional educational activities. We strive to make the entire trip as seamless and easy as possible, from the initial enquiry to arriving at the host family’s home. Of our 200 yearly visiting groups a third are returning clients, eager to return and repeat the experience with another cohort of their students.

Across our locations we offer secure overnight coach parking in Meeting Points located conveniently near to hubs of host families, who often know each other. They escort students daily and check them in with the local organiser.

The local organiser ensures that the students are handed over to their families safely and quickly on the first evening. They are present at the meeting point for the duration of the stay, and available 24/7 - the first point of contact for teachers and hosts. 

The local organiser records feedback from each student on the first morning. We investigate immediately if a student has put anything other than ‘good’ so that any minor problems can be ironed out on the first day.
